There's a way for you to make changes in your prices using QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), Suzi T.
If you want to update your list in bulk, you'll have to go to the List menu. Once you're there, that's the time where you can edit your entries by clicking the Add/Edit Multiple List Entries. Know that you can also copy your data from your Excel and paste it within the Add/Edit List Entries window.
Here's how:
- Go to the List menu.
- Choose the Add/Edit List Entries.
- Under the List dropdown, you can select what you want to make changes. May it be the Customers, Vendors, Service Items, Inventory Parts, Non-Inventory Parts, Inventory Assemblies, and Vendor Items.
- For you to make an edit in your entries, click a field that you want to make changes.
- You can copy the data in your Excel by clicking the Ctrl + C and then Ctrl + V and paste that in the Add/Edit Multiple Entries window.
- Press Save Changes once done.
