@AldritchM I talked with someone at support again today and everytime I talk to someone, it is at least a 30 minute phone call and starting from the beginning.  The support person was looking at the issue on my computer and could not understand what I was trying to explain.  It was a waste of time and has been that way each time I call.  Is there any kind of timeline for the issue to be resolved?  It has been happening to be since August and we are now into December.
