@KITTYR321 " How is it that QuickBooks feels they can force a change as big as this without having tested what it will do to businesses if they move forward with it, before they do?"
That's the thing, @KITTYR321 . The customers ARE testing the changes. We are PAYING to be Quickbooks' quality testers. This is why their solutions to our issues just consist of telling us to submit our feedback to the technical team. This is absolutely unacceptable and forcing our business to look for an alternative accounting system in the new year that doesn't force updates that we've already expressed do not work.
