I understand you are looking for receipt capture-only access for your employees. However, we're currently unable to provide this feature. You will need to add at least one standard user to proceed.
We are aware of the importance of this feature for your business, and we appreciate your interest in it. Please send your Feedback to our Product Development team to help us improve the functionality of our program. Here is how you can do it:
- Go to the Gear menu and select Feedback.
- Type in your feature request in the description box.
- Once done, click on Next.
You can also submit your feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.
