I tried the 3 tier account setup so that I would not have to disconnect the main corp card account, and keep the bank feed for the corp main account and employee cards. Unfortunately, I was only able to connect the corp card to the dummy main account (tier 1 and tier 2) but when I tried moving the employee accounts (create tier 3) I got the same error "You can't change the parent of this account to Main Credit Card because it or its parent is already set up for Online Banking or Web Connect." I was on chat with QB customer service for 1.5 hours and they couldn't help me at all. So.... how do the resolve this? Millions of people bank with BoA so there has to be a way to successfully setup in QB the corporate and employee accounts that allow automated feed and accurate reconciliation, this is not a corner case.
