How can i delete the apps for paypal and square so that they no longer send the accounting transactions to quickbooks?

i do not want these apps to generate accounting txns in quickbooks. but removing the accounting apps should still allow these services to send the money to our bank account. i'll manually do the accounting txns once i see the money transferred to our bank.
