Account management
Hello there, @wmlipchak-comcas. I'd be glad to provide you with information regarding the time used in QuickBooks Online and how to modify it.
The date and time are recorded in Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) on our QuickBooks Online (QBO) servers. Thus, when running reports, QBO analyzes the time based on the QBO server time zone, which is the GMT. However, you have the flexibility to change the time zone within QuickBooks Online to match your company's specific time zone.
To modify the time zone in QuickBooks Online, follow these steps:
- In the bottom-right of your computer screen, right-click on the time and select Adjust Date/Time.
- A window will open. On the left panel, select the Date & time tab.
- Under Change date and time, click Change.
- Enter the time and press Change to update it.
