Account management

Thank you for getting back to the thread, @BillW7F. We appreciate your effort in clarifying your concern about the printing 2-sided to remain for all reports  Let me share additional information to help clear things out.

For now, the option to not select it each time for all selected reports is currently unavailable. You will need to manually select it whenever you want to print the 2-sided report.

Aside from the workaround my colleague provided, I also suggest exporting the report to Excel and modifying it based on what you need then adding the other reports to print it.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Search and select the report you want to export.
  3. At the top of the report, select the Export icon. Then select Export to Excel.
  4. Save the file somewhere you can easily find, like your Downloads folder or your desktop.

For more detailed steps you can check this article: Export your reports to Excel from QuickBooks Online.

Moreover, you can look for 3rd party app that will allow you to perform the printing 2-sided report.

I'll add this article when you want to memorize reports: Memorize reports in QuickBooks Online.

If there's anything else that I can help you with, please do not hesitate to reach out.
