The option to change the default Customer Display Name into a Last Name isn't available to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
However, we would love to hear your ideas about them and recommend you send feedback. This way, our Product Development Team will know of your product suggestions and will help us enhance your experience with QBO.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
- Enter your product suggestion.
- Click Done.
