Welcome to the Community forum, @LR04-08. I'm here to help you pay your subscription seamlessly.
In QuickBooks Online, you can pay via credit or debit card. This includes Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Direct Debit or House (ACH) bank transfers are also acceptable forms of payment. Just make sure it has a US-based billing address.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings under Your Company, or click Subscriptions and billing under Profile if you have the updated interface.
- Review the information, then press Resubscribe.
- Enter the updated billing information to Subscribe.

On the other hand, a monthly subscription is available for Premier and Plus versions of QBDT. If so, choose a subscription and click Buy now to select Monthly Plan.
To proceed, follow the steps below:
- Sign in to camps.intuit.com.
- Find your app or subscription in the Products & Services list.
- Select Details, then Download.
- Install QuickBooks Desktop.
