I recommend contacting QuickBooks Self-Employed Support so they can pull up your account and check the reason why you're getting the message. They can also help you login to the subscribed account.
Here's how:
- Click Assistant at the top right.
- Type talk to a human.
- Select Chat with an agent to get live support.
