I would also like this to not be an automatic option. I have my password, my finger print, and my email address, I answer all of the stupid challenge questions - just to access my account. But no, I can't get in, because I don't have my phone with me and thus it cannot send me a text to verify. I enter all of my personal information in but for some reason It is not correct - even though it is correct. Why do I have to do this anyway, I just want to access my business account so that I can process payments, which I cannot do. And then it asked me to "please rate your experience using quickbooks". Lol, enough already, if you have a problem with security please don't put it on me. Perhaps you need to deal with it on your end. You would think that my super complicated password would be enough. Or at least give me the option of sending an email confirmation rather than just to my phone. It is dead and I don't have a charger on me right now. Really, enough already.
