We value your time and effort in reaching out here in the Community space. We'll point you in the right direction, so you won't have to worry about your Intuit account. That said, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. This way, they can help you deactivate your account or delete it permanently. We'll write down the steps to get you going:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. Select Contact Us, and give us a short description of your concern.
  4. Select Continue.
  5. Select your preferred way to connect.
  • Chat with us
  • Have us call you
  • Call us
