Did you happen to receive any error messages when the EFTPS e-payment fails? Failed payment can occur due to various reasons so by doing this, we will be able to see this situation from your perspective and be able to provide you with an appropriate solution. Any further details will be much appreciated. A screenshot will also do, just make sure to filter any confidential information.
