Having a different OS isn't an issue. As long as you're using one of these supported browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari's latest versions, you can manage your reminder templates in QuickBooks Online.

 

I've checked your previous posts and seen that the QuickBooks Online system has been displaying reminders later than the usual reminders template setup. To investigate this further, I suggest contacting our Care Support team to report this hurdle. They have tools to pull up your account in a secure environment.

 

Let me show you how:

  1. Click the (?)Help icon on the top right.
  2. Go to the Search tab and then select Contact Us.
  3. Type your concern about the reminder template that appears a couple of weeks later than the date setup.
  4. Hit Continue.
  5. Choose to Start a chat or Have us call you.

 

Please check our Support Hours to know when our agents are available.

 

In the meantime, I suggest using the template reminders manually if you want to create a transaction.
