Account management
Hi there, what7.
When resetting passwords, all details entered must be the same with what we have in our system. This includes email address, main business phone number, and zip/postcode of the primary contact on the account.
To verify the information that we have on your account, you can log in to the Customer Account Management Portal Site (CAMPS). Yu can also see the following details after signing in:
- License and product number
- User limit
- Payroll service key, EIN, subscription number, and other payroll subscription details
- Product edition and version info
- What's included in your Care plan
Let me show you how:
- Go to this link and log in to your account: camps.intuit.com.
- If you see multiple products to choose from, select QuickBooks Desktop to go to CAMPs.
- Find your app or subscription in the Products & Services list.
- Click Details to see more account information
