The error OL-206 or OL-301 usually occurs if you have problems with your internet connection or your Financial Institution is experiencing any outages.
We recommend a few solutions in order to download your bank transactions into QuickBooks Desktop. Let's configure the Internet Explorer (IE) browser first since the software uses IE as the default.
Here's how:
- Open IE 11 and make sure you have the latest version installed.
- Click on the Gear icon.
- Select Internet Options and choose Advanced.
- Scroll down to the Security section and uncheck the Use TLS 1.0 box. Then, mark the Use TLS 1.2 box instead.
- Click on Apply and OK.
- Close all open programs.
- Restart computer for the changes to take effect.
