Account management
Welcome to the Community, @rlopez.
When an employee forgets the password when logging into the Workforce page, all they have to do is select the I forgot my user ID or password link and follow the onscreen instructions.
You can also, visit this article for more insights about accessing the Workforce: Access your paychecks.
However, if the employee is one of your QuickBooks users, you can have him reset the password by clicking the I forgot my user ID and password option. After that, you'll be asked to enter your phone number or email address so you can receive a User ID Recovery information. From there, select the link in the notification that you receive (text message/email) to reset your User ID.
Please know that my doors are always open to help should you have any other concerns with QuickBooks. Have a lovely day ahead!

Hi sanders-melody,
When they click on the I forgot my user ID and password, they'll receive an email with the link where they can reset it. Make sure that they still have access to the registered email address.
You may also reach out to our Chat Support Team so they can further assist with it.
Please post again if you need anything else. Have a great day!

My NEW employees say they need a password for self setup and that they were told to ask their manager (me). I am unaware of a password. What should I tell them?
