Let me help you reactivate your payroll subscription. Refresh your payroll information on our server, then enter your payroll service key.
Here's how:
- Go to Employees. Then, My Payroll Service.
- Click My Payroll Service. And, on the QuickBooks Service Keys windows, select Add, if no payroll service is listed.
- Choose Edit if there's no listed payroll. Then, click Edit again.
- An Edit icon will show again, click it and take note of the service key.
- Remove the payroll service key. Select Next.
- When the Payroll Update message appears, choose OK.
- Verify the Service Status shows ACTIVE and then select OK.
Also, I recommend checking if you have the latest release. You can follow the steps below on how to check it.
- Open QuickBooks Desktop.
- Press F2 (or Ctrl+1) to open the Product Information window.
- Check your current version and release.
The current release can be found in the release notes for each version of QuickBooks Desktop: Update QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release.
