Allow me to join you here and share details about the notification that you're getting, Danger.

 

As you may have known, Internet Explorer 11 was already discontinued by Microsoft as of June 15, 2022. You can read more details about this here: Microsoft’s Lifecycle Policy

 

Because of this, QuickBooks has created a built-in browser that replaces Internet Explorer 11. However, this is only applicable for supported versions of the program beginning from QuickBooks 2020. Can you tell us what version you're using? If have QuickBooks 2019 or older, you'll want to upgrade to the latest version to use the built-in browser. Here's an article for more details: Upgrade QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Premier, or Enterprise.

  1. Go to this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/help/en-us/contact-us?product=QuickBooks%20Desktop.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop, then click Continue
  3. Choose the version of QuickBooks that you're using, then type in a short description of your concern. 
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Select between Chat or Callback.
