The mobile app requires the device to be running Nougat 7.1.1 or newer in order to properly display the data and run optimally. I can see that Pixel 7 already meets the requirements.

 

Generally, when you encounter unusual behaviors, you can clear the cache and reinstall the app. This will help us determine if the problem is caused by corrupted data or outdated software.

 

Since the issue persists after performing these procedures, I recommend getting in touch with technical supports. This way, we'll be able to pull up your account and conduct an investigation. Here's how to connect with us:

 

  1. Tap the Help icon on the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Choose Help and Support.
  3. Hit the Contact Us button at the bottom.
  4. Enter the error message in the description box.
  5. Proceed with Continue, then choose Chat or Callback.

In the meantime, you'll want to consider accessing your company through a supported mobile browser so you can get back to work.
