My question was "How frequently is the QBO App non-functional?" so this is regarding the QBO APP..

No, QBO APP provides no error, it just won't work. 

Also, when was this issue occurs?

The vast majority of the time. The app RARELY works correctly. 

 

I'm using an Android, followed all the steps you provided, the app still fails to function.

 

I'm using Android version 13.

 

Customers shouldn't have to uninstall & reinstall the app every day to get it to work.

NOW WHAT? How can I get REAL SUPPORT?
