It's my priority to help you fix your QuickBooks App.
I'd also like to check and verify if there are existing challenges when using the QuickBooks app. However, I still need to gather more details about it. Can you share if you've got a specific error? This helps me determine and share accurate information about your concern. Also, when was this issue occurs?
In the meantime, if you're using a mobile app, I'd recommend updating the app to ensure device compatibility. This can sometimes cause an unusual response to the system. Once done, let's clear the app's cache by following these steps:
- In the QuickBooks Online app:
- Android: From More Options ⋮, select Settings, then select Refresh Data. Then, tap Yes.
- iOS: From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback, select Refresh Data, and then select Refresh.
- In your device Settings:
- Android: From your device's Settings, select Apps (varies by device), choose QuickBooks app from the list, and then select Storage. Finally, select clear data.
- iOS: From your device's Settings, select Setting General iPhone Storage and choose an app that's taking up a lot of space. To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select Offload App.
If it persists, let's uninstall and reinstall the app to refresh the system. Alternatively, we can also our supported web and mobile browsers:

For Android products, your device will need to be running Nougat 7.1.1 or newer.
