If you're using QuickBooks Desktop Premier Plus, the basic bookkeeping rates start at $500 to $799 per year (prices vary by user and year you subscribed). If you have payroll, we have a base price and a fee per active employee you have processed payroll for. To check your subscription charges' details, I recommend logging in to your Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPS). Go as follow:
- Go to camps.intuit.com and sign in with your Intuit credentials.
- Select QuickBooks Desktop from the list of your products.
- Find the subscription you want to check.
- Review the charges from there.
