Hello there, dkeiner.

 

I've got the steps on how you can disconnect the square app.

 

Connected third-party applications should show in the My Apps section within QuickBooks Online. Here's how you can un-sync (disconnect) with Square:

 

  1. In the left navigation, click Apps.
  2. Select My Apps.
  3. Locate Square Reader.
  4. Click Disconnect.

 

Once Square is disconnected, it will stop importing transactions.
