Hi Abiguail/ QBO expert,
Thanks for trying to help us out but your suggestion does not work for everybody. Here are my advices and comments:
1) please email your customers and inform them about the OPTION of a new feature such as 2FA instead of forcing its implementation on everybody and then not even have a way to resolve it. As I mentioned in another post, the turn off switch does NOT work. It just re-routes me to a window that explains the benefits of 2FA.
2) Not every company has an IT dept. I use G Suite and QBO because they are easy to deal it generally, and I manage the IT myself as the founder. Large companies with an established IT dept are probably using SAP instead of QBO.
