Thanks for getting back with the Community, Dancer_30.

To delete an Intuit account, you'll have to submit a deletion request to Intuit.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks with a web browser.
2. Use your Gear () icon.
3. Click Intuit Account.
4. Scroll down to the Data privacy section.
5. In your Delete area, hit Continue.
6. Select Make a delete request.
7. Choose an account you'd like to delete and press Continue.
8. Pick which Intuit product(s) you'd like to delete, then click Continue.
9. Follow the rest of your on-screen steps to finish submitting the delete request.
