Thanks but I've already gone through the processes, sent in the forms, contacted sujpport and have a case #, a person's name and email. It's been a month and nothing has happened. This has been an issue for years. I can't believe that QBs customers haven't already done a mass exodus over this issue. Every position I've had for the last 10 years, this is an issue. It's pretty ridiculous.
