Yes, @Adrian_A is correct. The My Accountant tab is only available on the specific countries mentioned by my peer above. 

Just to verify, are you using the international version of QBO? If so, there isn't an option to see this tab. 

If you're using the supported versions, you can find this tab from the left menu of your account. Please see the screenshot below to serve as your visual reference.
