Before we start, may I know if you've received any error messages when trying to register? This way, we can further identify what's causing the issue.

 

If you're referring to registering your QuickBooks Desktop subscription in QuickBooks and can't able to log in, let me walk you through how we can retrieve your credentials. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to your CAMPs account.
  2. Select I forgot my user ID or password link.
  3. Enter your registered email, phone number, or user ID.
  4. Enter the code you receive.
  5. Your User ID will reflect. Reset your password.
  6. Log in again.
