Account management
Thanks for joining the thread, @BPK. I'm glad that you didn't pay those amounts, and I'm here to help you with your bank transactions.
As mentioned by our Community backer Fiat Lux - ASIA, your QuickBooks Desktop 2021 is still supporting bank feed until May 2024. To isolate this, let's run the Verify/Rebuild Utility Tools which often detect and resolve any data issues within the company file.
Follow the steps below:
To run the verify utility:
- From the File menu, click on Utilities.
- Select Verify Data.
To run the rebuild utility:
- From the File menu, click on Utilities.
- Select Rebuild Data.
Close and re-open the company file then log in as the company Admin. That should help get past the hurdle you're experiencing.
Also, make sure to update QuickBooks 2021 to its latest release to ensure it has the correct compliance information. See this article for more information: Update QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release.
Once done, connect your bank feed again. Then, check if you can do the WebConnect (.qbo File). For complete step see this reference: Set up or edit bank accounts for Bank Feeds in QuickBooks Desktop. It also contains links on how to download and match bank feed transactions.
Additionally, you can read through these articles on how to fix import errors and match your accounts in QBDT:
