Hello, everyone.
It seems like you're trying to delete a downloaded transaction. I will walk you through with the steps.
First, you'll have to exclude them. Here's how:
- Click Banking, then go to Banking.
- Choose the bank account, then go to the For Review tab.
- Choose the transactions you want to exclude.
- Click Batch actions, then choose Excluded Selected.
Then, you can already delete them. Here's how:
- Go to the Excluded tab.
- Choose the transactions you want to delete.
- Click Batch actions, then choose Delete.
- You'll receive a message, "Are you sure? This transaction will not be recoverable.", click Yes.
