If you can’t get a message at the phone or email on file

  • Check your spam or junk folders.
  • Add [email address removed] to your contact list.
  • Check all email addresses you might've used to sign up for your account.
  • Make sure to unblock emails from Intuit. Learn more about how to receive Intuit emails.

If you no longer have access to your email or phone number, choose an alternative way to verify your account and follow the prompts. Once you’re back into your account, you can change your email address or phone number if you need to.

  1. Take a high-quality photo or scan of your driver's license, passport, or other government-issued ID. Or, you can use a notarized document with your name and address.
  2. Fill out the form below with your info, and upload your ID or document.
  3. Within one business day, look for an email from [email address removed] with the next steps. If we approve your request, you'll receive a link to reset your password.

We'll take care of your request within one business day. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT.

Once you're back in your account, you can change your email address or other info. For extra security, our general support team doesn't have access to update your info.

Important: Help us get you back in to your account quickly and safely.
  • Make sure your ID is a valid driver's license, passport, or other government-issued ID. Make sure your ID or notarized document is clear and legible, and of the account owner or primary admin user. To protect your privacy, do not include or show your Social Security number in any document you upload.
