You'll need to delete the Cleared (C) transfer transaction if it is a duplicate of the Reconciled (R) one.
- Click Accounting on the left menu and select the Chart of Accounts tab.
- Look for the bank account and click View register.
- Select the Cleared (C) transfer transaction.
- Click Delete and choose Yes to confirm the action.
