Thank you for your feedback about the QBO Support. I'll share it with the managerial team for them to improve the quality of our Support. I'll help you out with the blank display.

 

You'll want to update your QuickBooks Desktop to get the latest release and fix random display issues, like what you're experiencing right now. If this doesn't resolve it, you can repair QuickBooks.

 

Update QuickBooks:

 

  1. From the Help menu, choose  Update QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Go to the Update Now tab.
  3. Select Get Updates.
  4. When the download finishes, restart QuickBooks.
  5. When prompted, accept the option to install the new release.
