Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I want to make sure you're able to report any fake emails you've received claiming to be Intuit.
If the links aren't working or loading to the next page, I recommend clearing the browser cache as an initial troubleshooting step. The cache is in place to store frequently used data to make loading web pages quicker and easier. If it becomes too full it can potentially cause certain viewing and performance errors.
