I definitely understand how it can be frustrating to sign up for a service and have it not work the way you think it should be. 

 

Added features in QuickBooks Online are based on the number of requests sent to our developers. The more request they'll get, the likely it'll be implemented in the future.

 

Since you've already sent feedback, let me send another one on your behalf as well. This way, we can increase its chances to be included in our future updates. 

 

Moreover, you can track feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.

 

It's important that we always meet our customer's needs. While we continue to make improvements, I want you to be updated with the latest QuickBooks news and product release through our Firm of the Future site. This is where we share recent happenings and future developments, such as updates to newly added features.
