Since the options mentioned above for creating a custom user in your Desktop Enterprise Contractor account don't do the trick, I recommend submitting feedback to the Product Development Team.
This can be done directly through your account by:
1. Clicking the Help tab in the top menu bar.
2. Select Send Feedback Online.
3. Choose Product Suggestion.
