There are reports in Management reports that you can view and print in portrait and or landscape by default. QuickBooks Online automatically adjusts the orientation to landscape if the content of that report doesn't fit in the portrait orientation.
You can add a customized report based on preference. Here's how:
- Create and save first a customized report. Check this article to do so: How to customize reports.
- Go to Management reports section.
Hit the drop-down arrow beside View and select Edit. - Select which part of the report you wanted to insert the customized report.
- Click Add new page.
- From the drop-down beside New report, select the customized report you saved.
- Click Save and close.
- Modify the report name and click Save to confirm.
