I know how beneficial it is to your business to restrict accountants to their bank and cash ledger in QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, this option is unavailable in QuickBooks. We can limit the access granted to your Standards users. This way they can't view the bank's register in QBO. - Go to the Gear icon at the top.
- Select Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions.
- Then select Next to submit feedback.
