I've now spent 3 hours over two days with chat support trying to disable 2-step identification, which is off on my end, just to be lied to at the end. They had me jump through every hoop possible; different browser, incognito, clear cache, reenable & then disable, wait 5 minutes and try again, transferred to higher support just to go through it all again, and I still receive 2-step requirement every time I time out or log in. After 3 hours of wasted time the chat agent told me that it's supposed to be that way and they can't change it! So apparently they wasted 3 hours of my time for their amusement? Either that or they just lied to me. 

 

Has anyone figured this out? I'd prefer not to go through the major hassle, but I'm going to switch services if I can't turn this off.
