Yes, you can, Claudia.
Let's go to your Account and settings and enable the option that will send you a copy of your estimates. I'll show you how.
- Go to the Gear icon in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
- Select Account and settings.
- Go to the Sales tab and select the Messages section.
- Select Estimate from the Sales form drop-down.
- Put a checkmark in the Email me a copy at box.
- Click Save and then Done.

Once your customer accepts their estimate, you can easily convert it to an invoice and bill them.
