I agree with you. This is a serious oversight. I need to delete multiple estimates as well that were created accidentally when making new templates. I have like 3 steps to take for each transaction and wait for it to load each time. Staring at the computer that long is insanity for something that should be so simple.
I don't think they could have possibly made the desktop version any more different from the online version either. It is hard enough to figure it out in the first place without having simple core features not existent.
I can't believe it when I see how long ago people posted about several of these key issues. Being able to batch delete is such a basic and necessary function.
I guess that's the service you get from these mega corps. It is cute how they act like they care. I am certain a lot of customer service reps would like to help but they have zero control over any of it and are forced to post ridiculous replies.
You have to wonder if the developers have ever used their own software, or why a company this wealthy can't have better quality control.
