Let me share some information about how custom reports work, Jennifer.
You're right. Custom reports are unique to the users. Take note that any previously created custom reports will not be viewable to the new user.
Currently, the option to copy these reports is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online. You'll need to rebuild the reports so the new user can see and use them.
Although, I can understand how convenient to have a feature that can share custom reports with other users. To help improve your experience in the program, I'd recommend sending feedback to our Product Development Team. Here's how:
- Sign in to your QBO account.
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Choose Feedback, then enter your comments and product suggestions.
- When you're done, click Next.
