Since the error persists after following the troubleshooting steps above, I'd suggest you contact our Customer Care team.

 

  1. Open QuickBooks, then go to Help
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Share brief details of your concern. 
  5. Select Let's talk, and then choose a way to connect.
