It's quite strange that you don't see your product number in CAMPs. It should be in there, like in the screenshot below.
If you can't really find it, please contact our Support team so they'll be able to check this information in the system. They can also provide you with an activation code in the absence of the product number. You can call their phone number in this article: Contact QuickBooks Desktop support.
