Quickbooks user for years that suddenly got demands for two-factor authentication I did not request. After turning off two-factor authentication successfully for a few weeks, it suddenly reappears as an email code. You can't even choose to get an email in the Intuit security settings. Yes my Intuit account settings are "off" and no I didn't change anything. No way to toggle it off/on, SINCE EMAIL ISN'T EVEN AN OPTION. I don't have time for this. Move it to the top of your bug list and fix it.
