Account management
I have reported several phishing emails from Intuit.com and have reported them as they directed and they haven't done anything about it as I keep receiving them also. In situations like this where companies like Intuit have actively participated in banking practices such as offering loans and handling credit card information they are likely required by law to proactively hand abuse issues like phishing like most banks I deal with. As such use also a whois service and look up the abuse contact. In this situation it's not the [email address removed] contact they ask you to send these emails to but [email address removed]. That's actually the legal precedent over what their site may say and they should be required to forward from the whois abuse contact that can be looked up automatically to any other emails accounts they want to use without someone having to read stuff on their web site which may have a bunch of legal bologna that technically won't stand up in court. I think that's probably the same incompetent smuck I've dealt with who illegally didn't handle stuff with Facebook but maybe not. If you report these emails like I do and you keep getting phishing emails contact your representatives and consider hiring an attorney since Intuit is not just any site out there but one that actively handles banking information. That was a decision they made to not just sell accounting software and they must be held to the same standards regarding legally handling all abuse issues sent to them and not just the ones they want to handle while ignoring others. That's my two cents.
