Since you're getting the same result after performing the steps you've mentioned above, I recommend contacting our Technical Support team. They can check this further and can provide you additional fixes.
You can check our business hours so our representative can assist you immediately. Then refer to the steps below to reach out:
- Select Help (?).
- In the QB Assistant window, type in “Talk to a human.”
- You can enter “Login issue” in the field.
- Enter/select I still need a human.
- Click Get help from a human.
- Choose Callback.
