I'm happy to guide you today so you'll be able to change your company details. 

In QuickBooks Desktop, you can update your company details directly on the Company menu. Let me show you how: 

1. In your QuickBooks Desktop, go to the Company menu at the top. 

2. Select My Company. 

3. Under My Company, click the Pencil icon at the upper right. 

4. In the Company Information window, make any necessary changes. 

5. Once done, click OK.
